Medical Information System

ANIT developed a cloud based software solution which is easily accessible from desktops and kiosk that offers user-friendly features that promotes purchase of this software product.

It offered following features which include:

  • Patients can add their basic information along with the symptoms of their health issues in the kiosk based system.
  • Patients can book the appointment from the mobile app. Even can have video chat with the doctors.
  • Patients’ record are verified by Biometrics Authentication. Nurses can add the vitals information and notes (if required) and create the token for the queue.
  • Nurses can add the vital information and notes (if required) and share details for doctors’ consultation. Other necessary information like – Allergies, Chronic Medication, Dietary Requirements, Family History, Lifestyle, Medical Conditions and Surgical History can also be recorded. Dynamic forms for specific diseases are generated – nurses can fill the particular details for it accordingly.
  • Doctors’ are categorized based on their specialization and according the patients’ are queued. Doctors’ can add and view the diagnosis along with the patients’ based medical records and visit (irrespective of visit in any location) and prescribe the medication.
  • Based on the Vitals and Complaints, doctor create the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) in predefined assessment template or can create or add new template. Even doctor can refer the patient profile via referrals.
  • Prescribed medication and tests are forwarded to the pharmacist and pathologist respectively. The test reports are send to the respective doctors’ and based on it the doctor can add notes for the patients.
  • The system in all comprises of each of the below mentioned system -
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) containing the complete patient chart with the medical history, visit history, diagnoses and treatments by particular medical expert.
    • Electronic Health Record (EHR) to maintain the full patient history online
    • Pharmacy Information System (PIS) that enables prescription management from doctor and dispensation of medication to patients.
    • Laboratory Information System (LIS) to manage details of samples and reports
    • Hospital Information System to maintain the hospital or clinical records of the patients. Wards are also managed from this system.
    • Potter Management to monitor the condition of the health equipment’s continuously in every ward.
  • Blockchain based system for significantly centralizing and securing the database for patient medical records.
  • Billing information system to calculate the fees and generating the invoice.

Client intended to develop the apps that would help patients to monitor their health. Mobile apps were developed by ANIT that served multi-purposes. Below is the list of each app along with their key features –

Doctor’s App
  • Managing the Patient’s record along with their vitals and diagnosis information
  • Creating the Notes – (Text, Speech, Image) and add to the Patients’ details

Mobile EMS
  • Recording the patients’ details in sync with Medical Information System and diagnosing the health symptoms

Symptoms Predication
  • The feature by which the patient can add or select the symptoms and the app will display the predication of the health. The disease assumption is displayed in the percentage format.
Geo Health
  • The patient can search for the doctor or disease specialist or clinic/hospital and book an appointment.
  • The reminder of the appointment is notified prior 1 hour.

Tourism Management System

ANIT implemented "Tourism Management System" offers following core features for SSB, Hoteliers and Visitors and Guest:

  • Rate and Inventory management allows defining rates for different properties. Type of rooms and its rates can be restricted automatically based on a percentage of advance booking, arrival dates, stay period, etc. and can be easily counted best rates for any length of stay period.
  • Customise Sales process by individual hotel or chain.
  • Reservation Facility allows to manage critical activities like shared reservations, frequent flyer, loyalty program memberships, negotiated rates & discounts, routing instructions and split charges with the management of advance deposit transactions and cancellation penalty.
  • Group & Block booking covers features like room sharing, room blocking, deposits, tour series, etc.
  • Multi-Property Rate Display shows room types, rates, and packages for one or more properties. The staff will be able to quickly search for available dates when request dates are already booked. Booked or unavailable rooms will be displayed in different colours to provide quick glance through.
  • Reports and personalised dashboard provides quick and detailed analytics on various hotel transactions and visitor flow.
  • Guest or Visitors
  • Internationally accessible: The system will have bilingual (English and Arabic) and multi-currency facilities to serve international customers. Prices can be converted from national currency to foreign country currency.
  • Advanced Search facility to search room availability across hotels and chains with different search criteria such as hotel name, city, type (e.g., 3-star, 4-star), attractions, rate range, etc.
  • Facility to have detailed information on hotel such as offered amenities, services, rate, special offers, etc. with provision to book online.

Vehicle Maintenance Management System

ANIT developed a web-based "Vehicle Maintenance Management System", using Silverlight technology having following core features:

  • This module takes care of master data like maintenance expense codes, fuel types, manufacturers, models, model categories and model variants, bank detail, etc.
  • Reports
  • Maintenance, fuel, client, financial, profit-loss, expense analysis and many other reports have been developed for easy analysis and decision support
  • End-to-End Fuel Claim Administration
  • System captures request for fuel log-sheet claim from the subsidized vehicle owner.
  • System gets fuel rate, fuel benchmark and prepares fuel claim batch.
  • System sends fuel claim to the external system and receives its status updates.
  • Vehicle tracking
  • The user selects a vehicle and its location will be displayed on a map along with vehicle registration number, GPS coordinates, Date and Time
  • A zoom capability from country view down to street level
  • History of vehicle movement is kept at ten minute intervals for reporting purposes
  • Asset Maintenance
  • A vehicle owner raises the request for service or maintenance and sends the details via call or fax.
  • System captures request for vehicle maintenance and verifies it. The verification process takes care of warranty claim, accident damage claim, etc.
  • Quotation is generated with reference to benchmark and follows approval and authorization process.
  • After approval of the quote, an order number is generated and sent to the merchant
  • After completion of the maintenance task, the invoice is received from the merchant and follows invoice authorization process
  • Notification for quote and invoice is sent to respected stakeholder via SMS, fax or email

  • Manage contract creation and termination processes
  • Get payment files from the external system

e-Learning Web Application

ANIT Australia has been actively contributing their expertise in Education industry. We developed web application e-Learning Web Application which is easily accessible from computers.

Major modules of the web application are as below:

  • Courses Module: Professors can create different course module from their user profile. Under each course section, they can create the chapter and subchapters. Each chapter and subchapter may have various elements such as Video, Course description etc.; different types of files (PPT, doc, xls, png, jpg) can be uploaded. Professors have the option to set courses as "Free Courses" or "Paid Courses".
  • Evolution Module: Evolution is an acronym for the "Tests". Professor can create the tests by selecting the different question types. Students can take these test and get the results of these tests which they can share on different social media platforms. The user gets the certificate in PDF format which certifies that they have appeared for these tests and can then use the certificate for various purpose.
  • Video Recorder Module: Video recorder module is a desktop based plugin developed in Java which allows the professor to record audio and video. This module is developed using Xuggler API. This module has different functionalities such as video editing which allows the user to cut and trim the video, manage video frame, select different microphone and webcam. Professor has the option to save the video and audio on their local desktop and can also upload to the server which would show the video and audio in their user profile.
  • Forum Module: Students can browse through the different free as well as paid courses and add it to their profile. Course subscribed user will have access to the forums section where they can interact with different students and professors and can solve their queries. Students can also reply to different queries and can earn Karma points which will be shown on their profile
  • Admin Module: Admin approves the different courses created by the professor and also checks whether the user is valid to be login as the professor or not. Admin also monitors different activities such as student's user profile creation, forums, Evolution section, and total revenue generated through different courses. Payment made by the students on any course purchase goes to the admin and then admin forwards the royalty to the respective professor.
